On the morning of August 10th, Shandong Molong held a work summary and mobilization meeting. The meeting aims to summarize the work achievements, identify problems, analyze reasons, arrange and deploy the next stage of work tasks, mobilize the whole company to unify their thinking, boost their spirit, exert their full enthusiasm, and move forward under pressure, and resolutely complete the companys various goals and tasks. The chairman and general manager of the company, Han Gaogui, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 260 people attended the meeting, including middle and senior management personnel, personnel from technical, quality management, marketing, and logistics functional departments, production frontline team leaders and above.
At the meeting, Chairman Han Gaogui made a comprehensive summary of the companys work progress in the first half of the year, pointed out the existing problems and contradictions, made arrangements and deployments for key tasks such as cost reduction and efficiency improvement, market expansion, and formulated a roadmap for the companys development in the next three years. In addition, 16 key areas for promotion, including overseas strategy, oilfield services, school enterprise cooperation, and domestic trade, have been rearranged and deployed to ensure tangible results. We strongly commended the outstanding teams and individuals in the companys development performance, set a new example for all cadres and employees, and pointed out the direction for future struggle.
At the same time, Chairman Han Gaogui put forward three requirements regarding the spirit of this meeting: firstly, to vigorously promote cost saving and consumption reduction, lower financial costs, reduce water and electricity material costs, and save various expenses such as production and operation costs; Secondly, we need to focus on improving internal management, strengthening mutual coordination within the company, fully mobilizing enthusiasm, and enhancing work efficiency; Thirdly, all cadres and employees should change their thinking patterns, innovate their work methods, and unite their development efforts.
Finally, he emphasized the need to continue to focus on the central task of "one goal, two key points, and three guarantees", and called on all cadres and employees to carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit of fighting against heaven and earth, fearlessly facing difficulties, and working hard, as well as the professional dedication of taking the factory as their home and loving the factory as their home, in order to achieve better and faster development of Shandong Molong.
